GOMECON is the annual flagship medical conference organized by the Goa Medical College Students' Association, bringing together healthcare professionals and medical students from across the nation.
Now in its 12th edition, GOMECON continues its legacy of fostering academic excellence, innovation, and collaboration among undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
Held at the Goa Medical College campus over three dynamic days, the conference will engage delegates through thought-provoking scientific sessions, hands-on workshops, competitions, and interactive events designed to bridge knowledge with practice. Beyond academics, GOMECON serves as a platform for networking, leadership, and the exchange of ideas among the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Established in 1842, Goa Medical College (GMC) is one of Asia's oldest medical institutions and a cornerstone of healthcare, medical education, and research in Goa. Located in Bambolim, GMC serves as the state's premier teaching hospital and a leading centre for patient care.
The institution offers MBBS, MD, MS, DM, MCh, and allied health science programs, training generations of healthcare professionals across a wide range of specialties and super-specialties.
